To reserve a guaranteed 100% is needed,

Payment by credit card is Mexican peso exchange rate in use at the hotel.

For Christmas, 23/12/xxxx - 07/01/xxxx, accept booking for a minimum of 7 nights.

All our rooms are for one or two people, the extra people have a cost.

Be charged, 30.00 USD plus tax for each additional person in the room, per night.

Cancellations received up to 20 days before arrival if retain 100% of stay.

In the period CHRISTMAS, cancellations received up to 30 days before arrival will come retained 100% of stay.

There are no refunds regarding cancellations during the holidays, and sick, flight cancellations, strikes, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of war or undeclared war, hurricanes and any inconvenience this may cause, or other climatic conditions.

The hotel is 100% organic, natural sorry if this causes problems that the hotel can not resolve.
The hotel has solar panels, wind turvinas, and a generator.
The hotel is not responsible for abrupt climate changes.

We are a small natural inn no refunds will be given for finding lizards in the cabins, mosquito or insect.

The hotel sprayed weekly, and the cabins have nets, but is located in a beautiful natural setting.
Our power generators in case of extreme wind or lack of sunlight for weeks could cause noise, just in case you do not have extreme sun for weeks.
