Terms & Conditions
We require a first night deposit of the room rate plus tax to hold all reservations. All reservations are subject to our cancellation policies so please refer to the cancellation policies below.
Our room rates are based on double occupancy (two people) and only rooms with two beds can accommodate up to four people. We do charge $25 per person per night for the third and fourth person in a room with two beds. The extra person fee does apply to small children and infants. Children of all ages are welcome but unless it is an infant, you must stay in a room with two beds. We do not have roll away beds, cribs, high chairs, or booster seats so anyone traveling with a child will need to provide that themselves.
Your stay with us includes a full plated breakfast each morning, wine and hors d'oeuvres each evening, parking in our lot just off of our courtyard garden, and nightly turndown service.
Staff is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily to assist you with making the most of your stay in Savannah. Housekeeping service is offered starting at 10 a.m.
Check-in is anytime after 3p.m. If you arrive prior to 3 p.m. you can park your car in the lot. Please stop by the front desk to get your parking pass and let us make suggestions for lunch and site-seeing. If you arrive early without a car, we can store luggage until check-in. If you find that you are going to be arriving later than 10 p.m., please let us know and we can discuss late check-in procedures with you.
If you are booking a stay with one of our Packages, we do request that you do so with at least a weeks' notice of your arrival date. Packages booked with less than 7 days notice would be subject to availability of carriage rides and other items in the Package and our Packages are not available for the stays the week of St. Patrick's Day. Please let us know about the details for the items included in your package as soon as possible to get everything scheduled for your stay. Any special requests for flowers, chocolates, champagne, any other requests required at least a weeks' notice.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for your deposit. Discover cards can be used at check-in but we are in the process of adding those to our credit cards accepted for deposits. The deposit is due at time of booking in the amount of the room rate plus tax and the balance is due at check-in. Deposit are required to a credit card and the balance can be paid by credit card or cash at check-in.
The week of St. Patrick's Day all deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations.
A 50 % deposit of the package price and one night room rate plus tax is due at the time of booking for any reservations with a package. We require at least a weeks notice for any stays with a package.
We have an 8 day cancellation policy for direct bookings either through our website or by phone. If you cancel with 8 days or more notice, you would receive the deposit back minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel with 7 days or less notice, you would forfeit your deposit and be responsible for the balance of your stay.
For Expedia, Expedia Partners(for example: Hotels.com) and Booking.com reservations we have a 14 day cancellation period. A full refund will be given with 14 days or more notice but the reservation must be cancelled through the site the reservation was made on and the cancellation will be processed once we have received notification from them. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 14 days notice and you may be responsible for the balance of your stay.
For Full House Bookings and the week of St. Patrick's Day we have a 30 day cancellation policy.
If you cancel a stay with a package or add on items, the charges will be subject to an 8 day cancellation and no refunds will be given for packages cancelled with 7 days or less notice and any packages that can be accommodate with less than 7 days' notice would be non-refundable for the full amount of the package price.
