No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one night stay.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in pet rooms only. Pet charge is $10 per pet per night. Extra fees will be charged if a pet is housed in a non pet room. Undeclared pets will be charged at a rate of $350 per pet. For service animals or pets over 20 pounds, please contact us at (509)-787-1919.
Smoking Policy: Any type of smoking is prohibited in all rooms.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Group reservations of 5 or more rooms are non-refundable.
All cancellations will be charged a minimum of 10% of your total stay.
No-shows and cancellations after 4 PM the day prior to your arrival date will be charged 100% of the first day of your reservation.
