Cancellation of reserved nights after arrival will be charged according to the applicable cancellation policy. All requests for refunds are subject to manager’s discretion.
We accept only children 13 and older. Please send us an email prior to booking if you would like us to consider making an exception for a child 3 and older.
There will be a charge of $20 USD per additional guest per night (including children and limited to occupancy limit of room).
Pets are not permitted.
Payment Policy
We require a deposit equal to the first night's stay to hold your room. The deposit will be charged to the card you submit with your reservation request in Mexican Pesos using the day's exchange rate.
Our reception office closes at 8 pm each day. For this reason, all same-day reservations must be made before 8pm to ensure the reservation is processed and ready for guest arrival. Reservations made after 8 pm will not be honored. Unfortunately we cannot offer late arrival after 8 pm for same-day reservations as late arrival requires advance notice.
For all other reservations, if we are unable to charge a deposit to your card for any reason, we will attempt to contact you by email. Please ensure you have authorized charges in Mexico with your bank prior to reserving. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours or are not able to charge the deposit by 8 pm on the day of your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received an email from us confirming your reservation deposit has been charged in the payment details.
The balance of your stay is due at the time of check-in (unless otherwise specified by the terms of your reservation at time of deposit payment). You must present your credit card and ID upon arrival. In case of late arrivals and other special circumstances, we reserve the right to authorize the balance of your stay to the card submitted with your reservation.
All requests for room changes are subject to availability. When changes are requested with more than 10 days notice, any difference in rates will be calculated using our standard online reservation rates. When charges are requested with less than 10 days notice or upon arrival, any difference in rates will be calculated using our standard rack rates.
We accept cash (US Dollars or Mexican Pesos), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Visa or MasterCard payments. We offer a 10% discount for when you pay your balance in full and in cash at check-in (Mexican Pesos only). This discount is only available at the time of check-in. We also offer a 5% discount for USD when you pay your balance in full and in cash at check-in. We do not accept personal checks or foreign coins.
Cancellation Policy
