Please take note of our terms and conditions before completing your booking:

The total price of a booking is charged and will not be refunded in case of a no-show for what ever reason.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate unless ordered at the same time as making a booking.
Smoking - All of our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Damage - If any damage is caused to the room whilst you are staying with us we will charge your card accordingly.
Children - Children's cots/cribs/high chairs etc are not available.
Children are very welcome but we do not offer any specific children's facilities.
RBS Hotel has a limited number of parking spaces – these cannot be reserved – there is plenty of on-street parking around the hotel.
Check-in time is between 2pm and 8pm. Check-out time is by Midday.
Breakfast is served between 7.00 and 10.00 am - 7 days a week
Ironing facilities (iron and ironing board) can be provided on request (when available)

Politiche di pagamento

The total price of a reservation will be charged when a room is booked.

Condizioni di cancellazione

If a booking is cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the price will be charged.
