RIOSHOUSE HENLEY is a No reception Hotel, you can reach your apartment/room yourself following the instruccions we will send you the prior day of your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm .
Check-out is at 11 am. If you require a later check-out, please text us :+44 7483 361509, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A charge may apply, depending on availability.
No meal is included in this room rate.

If you need parking we recommend Station CAR PARK:

The town centre is a 5 minute walk.
Walking to the river and town centre: From the car park entrance turn right onto Station Rd you will see the river in front of you. For the town centre follow the river around to the left towards Henley Bridge and turn left into Hart St. at the crossroads.

HOTEL CONDUCT POLICY-
We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure.
We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.
The Hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.
Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 09:00 p.m., nightly.
Loud noise, loud music, loud voices, horseplay, running in the corridors, high traffic in/out rooms, and loitering are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests
and Hotel Management.
If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quieten down.
Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the Hotel and no refund will be given.
The registered guest(s) of each room is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone in and visiting their room , and must insure their guests abide by all Hotel rules and regulations.
We understand and respect your need for privacy.
The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room.
Smoking is not allowed in any rooms, if you are found to have smoked in a non-smoking room, you will incur a £250.00 charge for deep cleaning.
Shoes and shirts are required in corridor areas at all times.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT-
Total amount will be charged on your
credit card Visa/Mastercard the day before at your arrival, If your credit card is declined your reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will have to rebook.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
In case of no-show, 100% of all nights will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
