Reception closes at 5PM. IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN LATER THAN 5PM, PLEASE CALL US AT 928-467-2276 TO ARRANGE FOR PREPAYMENT AND KEY ACCESS INFORMATION. Check Out Time: 11AM. Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. Smoking in our rooms or bringing a pet without notice incurs up to a $250 cleaning fee. I, the above stated name, will be held financially responsible for any and all damage(s) to rooms and/or furniture and grant permission to Roosevelt Resort, LLC to charge the credit card on file that I have given them for any and all damages without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund when canceling more than 48 hours prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date, one night's stay will be charged to your account.
