Rules And Management policies
In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and Feels Like Home Prime Suites (hereinafter called 'Management') under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):

Tariff
The tariff is for the room and breakfast and includes all government taxes with the exception of the city tourist tax.
The hotel will change your bed linen every three nights and towels daily or when the guest requires. The bed linen, the towels and toiletries are included in the price of the daily rent of the room or apartment.

Entering the room
The hotel staff is not entitled to enter the guest's room or use their personal belongings without prior announcement to and permission from the guest. The staff can enter the premises in the absence of the guest only for the purpose of cleaning the room and changing the bed linen, and when there is reason to believe that the premises or the guest are in danger or that the internal rules are being seriously violated.

Company's Lien On Guest's Luggage And Belongings
In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

Check-in
Client check-in is open from 2:00 p.m. till 23:00 p.m.
It is mandatory for the guests to present their ID card, Passport, drivers license or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in.
By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records.

Early check-in
Early check-in (before 14:00pm) will be given depending on the availability with additional 50% payment of the daily rate.

Pets
Pets of any kind or size are not allowed.

Smoking policy
This hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the room, apartment or anywhere inside the premises.

Breakfast
The hotel breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m till 10:30 a.m. only at the breakfast room. The hotel has the right to change the menu in case of missing products.

Guest's Belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or staying inside the room or apartment.
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

Hazardous Goods
Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests , agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Unregistered persons
It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation to the room. The hotel accommodates only those registered at the reception desk. In case unregistered person or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the hotel and agency have the right to cancel accommodation.

Night rest period
From 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. is the period of night rest, so don’t disturb other hotel guests. We ask each guest to be careful and do not produce noise that can bother other guests.

Property damage
The guest who causes damage to hotel property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of damage. At the day of his or her departure, the guest is obliged to allow the hotel staff to check in his or her presence all rooms and house appliances to prove that they are not damaged. Only then is the guest allowed to depart. All unreported damages will be claimed in a lawsuit against the guest.

Check-out (departure)
Client check-in must be done from 8:30 a.m. till 12:00 p.m.

Late Check-out
Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, you can keep the room until 14:00 with additional 50% payment, or after 14:00 by paying the full amount of daily rent. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the front desk, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for period of over 24 hours.

House rules
The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation.

Cancelations
In case the hotel or agency cancel accommodation to the guest because of violation of internal rules, the guest will have to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.

Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guest are requested to observe, abide by to confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Photographs and Video's
Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT .

Payment Policy

Settlement Of Bills
Bills must be settled on presentation at check-in and paid by credit card or cash (Euro only). The guests will keep a Key and/or a card to freely enter the premises. In case of losing the key/card the guest will be charged an additional 25€.

Extra items
The consumption and usage of extra services must be paid at check-out by credit card or cash (Euro only).

City Tax
Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rates
Guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

Non-refundable rates
The guest will be charged the total price if you cancel.
