Terms & Conditions

Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the credit card is declined, invalid, or of suspicious identification.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, 7 Days per week, and check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests may NOT extend their room stay by not checking out of their room for the scheduled stay. Guests must contact the hotel office at (541) 739-8221, or reserve the extension via the Rufus Hillview Inn website 24-hours prior to extending. Over-staying a reservation without consent of reservation extension or via new reservation is strictly prohibited and will result in additional charges and potential inability to provide the room due to overbooking.

Room Rates: Room rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes. Rates may vary based on the date of stay and room type.

Smoking: The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. The guest will also be "Blacklisted" and will not be allowed to stay in the future. Smoking within 10 feet of any entrances, doorways, or windows is illegal in the state of Oregon. Please keep any smoking or vaping activities in the outdoor guest areas or parking lot, clear from other guests or public entrances. Any and all Cannabis (Marijuana, Hemp, etc.) is prohibited. Smoking of any cannabis products on the hotel property, in rooms, public areas, parking lot, or any property of the hotel is not allowed in any way or at any time.

Pets: The hotel is NOT pet-friendly. Only Certified physical-aid service animals are allowed, due to the need for medical services of the owner. Medical-Aid Service animals do not include "Emotional Support Animals" in the state of Oregon. Service Animals are not allowed on the bed, couches, or any furniture at any time. Service animals must stay on the floor of the room when indoors, and must remain leashed when outside of the room. Service animals are NOT to be left in the room alone at any time and for any reason. If the guest leaves, the service animal must accompany the owner. Leaving an animal, service or not, in the parking lot overnight is strictly prohibited.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the hotel room or property caused by themselves or their guests. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages.

Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables and lock their vehicles.

Compliance: Guests must comply with all hotel policies, rules, and regulations. The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the property for non-compliance. The Rufus Hillview Inn also retains the right to refuse service as determined by Hotel management or staff.

Payment Policy

Payment for all reservations must be made at the time of arrival for Check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. This hotel does not take cash or check. Credit or Debit card only. A valid ID will be required for all payments. Any additional fees or charges that occur during the guest's stay must be paid upon checkout. A $250 Charge will be automatically applied to the card on file for any damages, unauthorized pets in the room, or signs of smoking in the room. This $250 charge is non-refundable and non-negotiable. Upon booking a reservation, a non-refundable booking fee of $10 will be charged to verify the card on file and to confirm the reservation. All charges and payments are final. Reserving this room and paying for the stay is acceptance and agreement to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 48-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48-hours of arrival will be charged the full cost of the first night's stay.
