All nightly rates are subject to an additional 12% Government tax.

Additional guests: The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 1 additional guest (surcharges applies).
Pack and Play and a rollaway bed may be requested at time of booking (surcharge applies).
Children 12 and under stay free and are counted towards total occupancy.
Guests may not exceed maximum room occupancy.
A minimum stay of three nights is required. Holiday and peak seasons may require an additional minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
During the peak season or holidays, cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable or transferable.
