Terms & Conditions

We need contact details of main guest so that we can ensure a smooth meet and greet.
Check out is strictly by 10AM, check outs after this time will have a penalty charge equal to the nightly rate of there accommodation.
Check - in is by appointment. As we do not have a reception at any of our properties it is important that contact is made 1 hour prior to eta. Again so that we can ensure a smooth meet and greet.
Check-in is between 3pm and 6PM. Special arrangements for check in outside of these times must be made at time of booking. A charge may be made.
The use of parking facilities is complimentary but a returnable deposit of £100 in cash is payable for the entry FOB and/or parking permit
At the end of the term when a guest vacates the premises unless they have a supervised checkout with a representative of the company they agree to the costs of any damages that may be found after they have vacated. If a guest requires a supervised check out at an unreasonable check out time, this will be charged for. For clarification reasonable times are considered to be between 8AM and 6PM.
Please be aware , we are a family/business facility and do not accept hen or stag parties, they will be refused and payment will be non refundable.

Payment Policy

Booking cannot be confirmed unless payment has been received.

We cannot accept same day bookings after 3pm.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a non-cancellable Non-refundable Non transferable policy once a booking has been paid.
