Terms & Conditions

You have booked accommodation only. Please note this is not a ‘package holiday’ and as such is not covered by the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations. Therefore we recommend that you purchase conclusive travel insurance in order to cover any eventuality. To ensure that your insurance is valid, please read the small print and inform the insurance company fully and accurately of your complete medical history.

We cannot accept liability for any accidents, incidents, damages, losses or thefts in and around the villa during your holiday. Neither Sman’s Villas, nor any website you may have booked through, can or will accept any responsibility. Smans Villas does not accept any liability or responsibility for lost property, injuries or theft arising from your occupancy in the villa. The Guest is responsible for taking out adequate insurance to cover all risks. This waiver also applies to any person visiting the property as guests of the Guest or any property left in the holiday home following departure. The Owner does not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused, or for any claim made by a third party as a result of actions by the Guest(s) and other persons occupying the property during or after the period of the let. Change of villa-Please note if Smans Villas are unable to accommodate you in the villa you booked due to unforeseen circumstances, they will endeavour to accommodate you into a villa of equal or greater value.

You need to report if there is any damage or broken item, appliance or electronic device at the villa in 24hrs after you checked-in otherwise you will be responsible of anything broke or damage.

Please email your flight details to smansvillas@gmail.com, including airline and flight numbers, one week before your departure from the UK.

If you do not adhere to the check-in and check-out times, you will be liable for an extra day/night accommodation charge.

On arrival, it is necessary to register every person in the booking under Turkish law. Therefore we require a passport copy for each member of the party a week before you depart from the UK. It is strictly prohibited to allow additional people to stay in the villa once you are in resort due to the Government’s registration policy.

Once you have paid the deposit, this secures your villa. If you cancel within 48hrs, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 3 days after the date you paid the deposit, this is non-refundable. If you cancel after the balance has been paid, the entire cost is non-refundable.

Any late bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you are travelling within 8 weeks after booking, this classifies as a late booking.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer at no additional charge. Any other forms of payment will incur a 4% charge.

After the balance has been made and received, you will be emailed an acknowledgement and villa check-in information.

Pets/animals are strictly forbidden.

It is possible that some services will become unavailable during your stay for a period of time, for reasons out of our control. Although we will endeavour to assist and make right any issue, we cannot be held responsible for local power cuts, water cuts, internet, construction or building works outside of your villa boundary, insects or weather.

Payment Policy

To book/secure your dates %30 Deposit payment required. Balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before your departure from the UK.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have paid the deposit, this secures your villa. If you cancel within 14 days of paying the deposit, you will receive a full refund of that amount. If you cancel 15 days or more after the date you paid the deposit, this is non-refundable. If you cancel after the balance has been paid, the entire cost is non-refundable.
