Terms & Conditions
•Temperature check at check in. No person registering 100.4 or higher will be permitted entry.
* Must communicate with and provide a working cell phone number and email address at time of booking or reservation will be canceled.
* Check In between 3:00pm-8:00pm (no flexibility due to mandatory temperature check). Check Out – by 11:00am. Check In by appointment.
• For the comfort of all guests, The Sono is a completely smoke free environment. This includes all balcony rooms, the rooftop and patio. A $500 fine will be
charged for violation of this house rule.
* All rates reflect a two guest maximum per room, except for the superior queen room, which sleeps up to 4 people. Each additional person above two guests
in a room is $20 per night. A $500 fine will be charged for violation of this house rule.
• All Rates include continental breakfast (8:00am - 10:00am) Breakfast items will be grab and go until further notice.
• Children under the age of 14, unregistered guests, and pets unfortunately cannot be accommodated. Must be 25 or older to book a reservation.
• .No unregistered guests. All guests must be registered and checked-in. A fine of $500 will be charged for violation of this house rule.
• Parking – Free street parking with permit provided by The Sono Chicago. (Please be aware that parking is restricted within 15 feet on either side of fire hydrant and parking is restricted in school zone across from The Sono Chicago. We are not responsible for any parking violations received.)
• For the comfort of our other guests and neighbors The Sono upholds a zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties (between the hours of 10pm and 8am).
Payment Policy
Reservation must be reserved with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Full amount will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days period will be assessed the full amount of the booking.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date.
