Located in the town centre, directly opposite the beautiful St Mary's church*, and within a short walking distance from both the golden sands of Weymouth Bay and the historic harbour, the St Mary's Apartments are perfectly situated for exploring Weymouth.
There are many excellent restaurants, bars and lively pubs - some of which are open until late - in the immediate vicinity and the pedestrianised St Mary Street area forms the retail heart of Weymouth.
For those days when the weather is not all it should be, there is a multi-screen cinema just minutes away, as are the MFA Bowl ten pin bowling alley and the Electric Palace - Weymouth's largest amusement arcade.
Parking is possible in the Zone F spaces throughout the surrounding streets. However, it should be noted that - particularly during high season - street parking can be difficult and consideration should be given to the use of Weymouth's long stay car parks where the daily rate is £8.00.
*Please note - The clock tower of St Mary's church chimes the hour and the half hour - day & night. Ear plugs are provided for lighter sleepers!

No money is taken at the time of booking. Credit/Debit card details are taken as a guarantee only.
ALL ACCOMMODATION MUST BE SETTLED IN FULL UPON ARRIVAL.

Bookings made via our own website will already have received a promotional discount of at least 10% - provided the promotional code given on the website was used at the time of booking.
Cash payments will attract an additional 5% accommodation discount
Payment by cheque is accepted provided funds are cleared into our account prior to your stay.
The St. Mary Street Apartments are strictly non-smoking. Should evidence of smoking be found in the apartments during a stay or following a guest's departure, the owners reserve the right to make a charge of £100 for cleaning.
The owners reserve the right to charge the guests credit/debit card for any damages to fixtures and fittings made to the apartment during their stay.
We reserve the right to charge for any bookings cancelled or amended within 5 days of the booked arrival date. The charge will be 100% of the cost of the stay. We will endeavour to re-sell the booking and any nights that are resold will be refunded to your card immediately.
WE STRONGLY URGE GUESTS TO TAKE OUT APPROPRIATE TRAVEL/CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
All cancellations/amendments to any booking must be confirmed in writing or by email.
Please note, any bookings made within 5 days of arrival will automatically fall within the cancellation period and will be chargeable regardless.
