Property Information
The Stone House Bed & Breakfast at the Cornelis Kool House, Hurley NY, is an early 18th century Hudson Valley Dutch estate, with architectural features dating back to the original Dutch settlement of the New Netherland. It is possibly the oldest house in New York State that you can actually stay in, dating from circa 1700.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs.
ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in time is from 3.00pm onwards. Check-out is by 12 noon.
MINIMUM STAY: Two night minimum stay required on all weekends from May through December.
RATES: Rates are for single or double occupancy and include our three course gourmet breakfast. All rates are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT: We accept cash, checks, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
SMOKING: We are a non-smoking establishment.
RESERVATION POLICY: We require a deposit of one nights' stay to secure your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to our small size cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance to fill your room. Kindly give us seven days notice of cancellation. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure.
PETS: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets in the main B&B area of our house. Our house is large enough for our own cat to be housed in a separate owners' apartment. We ask you to not let him enter the bed and breakfast accommodation in order to respect guests who might be sensitive to allergens.
