Terms & Conditions

Check-in time is 4 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy the facilities and join us for lunch or beverage in the Story Still until your accommodation is ready. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room no later than 12 noon. If you would like to linger, we will store your luggage. Please notify us if you plan to arrive later than 9pm, so we can be sure to accommodate you.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
Rates will vary depending on seasonal rate plan: non-peak, peak, premium.
Non-Peak: December 1st-April 14th, excludes Saturdays and Holidays
Peak: April 15th-November 30th, Saturdays year round
Premium: Fridays and Saturdays through peak season, and all weekend days surrounding New Years Eve, Valentines Day, and Thanksgiving

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given if a cancelation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations made within 30 days will be given a gift certificate of equal value.
