Terms & Conditions
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy the facilities and join us for lunch or beverages in the Story Still until your accommodation is ready. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room no later than 12 noon. If you would like to linger, we will store your luggage. Please notify us if you plan to arrive later than 9 pm, so we can be sure to accommodate you.
Story Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside of the rooms is not permitted and will result in a fee of up to $600.
If you are wanting to eat in our restaurant, please make sure to check for our hours on our website www.storyinn.com.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
Rates will vary depending on seasonal rate plan: non-peak, peak, premium.
Non-Peak- Non-peak pricing applies on weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) December 1st through March 30th. This does not include days when specials or discounts apply.
Peak- Peak pricing applies Friday’s and Saturday’s December 1st through March 31st; and weekdays April 1st through November 30th.
Premium- Premium pricing applies on Friday’s and Saturday’s April 1st through November 30th; New Year’s Eve; Weekends surrounding Valentine’s Day; Wine Fair Weekend; Memorial Day Weekend; Weekend of Hoosier Hops and Harvest; Labor Day Weekend; and Thanksgiving Day.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given if a cancelation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations made within 30 days will be given a gift certificate of equal value.
