The Surf & Sand Inn is the quintessential boutique beach motel offering a a mix of stylish, beachy Queen Single, Queen Double, and Kitchenette rooms. Pacific City is located on the Oregon Coast between Tillamook and Lincoln City on the south end of beautiful Three Capes Scenic Drive. ere are a few things you'll want to know as you plan your arrival...

* Reception is open between 9 am and 9 pm, please call in advance to make arrangements for arrivals outside of our regular hours.
* The pet fee is $15/night. If you have a service animal, please present your registration paperwork to avoid the fee. The penalty for undeclared pets is $100
* All rooms are NON-smoking. To ensure this, the charge for smoking in a room is $300.

For your convenience, we collect full payment for your entire stay at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We have one of the most generous cancellation policies in the industry! Just give us 48 hours notice, and we'll cancel your stay free of charge. If you don't cancel within 48 hours, we will charge you for the first night plus tax to help offset the losses we incurred by holding your room for you.
