HOTEL POLICIES & INFO
Important: Please note that there are no ATM’s in town, so it’s important that you withdraw cash before you arrive in El Paredon!
CHECKIN / CHECKOUT
Guests are welcome to check-in at 3:00pm. If you plan on arriving late, please share your travel details with us so that we are ready to receive you.
Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
GENERAL POLICIES
No smoking inside the rooms.
No pets allowed.
No Outside food or drinks are permitted at the hotel
We require a two night minimum for reservations on Friday & Saturday evenings.
We do not accept children under the age of 12. The hotel is not child-friendly as we do not have a lifeguard on duty, steep staircases, etc.
*Food service is not yet available at the hotel. There are many delicious restaurants very nearby (1-5 minute walk). We do have an operational bar and a selection of drinks available for our guests :)
Payment Policy
We accept payments in Quetzales & USD.
Please note that if you pay by card, a 7% transaction fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival date: a 15% Cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date: the first night stay will be charged in full.
No-shows : the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for early departures.
