The loss of room keys will result in a £50 replacement charge
As we are sure you can appreciate, we have government guidelines to adhere to for the safety of all our guests and staff.
It is essential you comply to social distancing, keep a 2-meter distance from anyone else.
When leaving your room, please look out to the corridor to ensure your exit is clear, if it isn’t please be patient and wait until its clear.
Breakfast time slots will be allocated to guests upon check in to ensure social distancing is fulfilled in our breakfast room. You will be allocated 30 minutes for breakfast, (single serve cold breakfast will be laid out for all guests, full English is at a surcharge and must be pre booked. Please respect any other guest distance)
Anti-bacterial wipes will be available in every room for guest use.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer evening meals on Monday and Tuesday. Please feel free to either order a takeaway or bring in a microwave meal. There is a microwave, plates and cutlery towards the back of the breakfast room you are more than welcome to use.
When leaving please drop your key into the box on way to front door. Our passkeys cost £50 to replace; we do have to pass this cost to the customer if they are not returned.
If you have any concerns, for more information or to report any problems please Call 01432 851816 24-hour line. Also, if you develop any symptoms within 48 hours of departing our Hotel please call and inform us so we can take any appropriate action to protect our staff.
All Payment are taken on site on arrival
with a 30% non-refundable deposit take on booking
if cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date the full amount of the first night’s stay will be taken
