Terms & Conditions

1. Rate - Rate is for room only and is exclusive of any applicable government taxes. Meals and other services are available at an additional cost. For room rates, please contact the Duty Manager, Guest Registration Forms must be signed upon arrival.
2. Settlement of invoices - Bills of exchange must be paid upon presentation, personal checks are not accepted.
3. Check-in - Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in. By law visitors are required to present personal documents for hotel records.
4.Departure - Check out time is 11.00am, please inform reception if you wish to keep your room after this time. The extension will be given depending on availability. If the room is available, the normal rate will be charged. In case of failure to release the room by the Guest upon expiry or at the end, the Management will have the right to remove the Guest and his belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
5. Baggage Storage - Subject to the availability of storage space, the guest may deposit their luggage in the luggage room, at their sole risk of loss or damage for any cause whatsoever. Luggage cannot be stored for a period exceeding 30 days.
6. Personal belongings of the guest - Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when they go out to sleep. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic security lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not be in any way responsible for any loss/damage of the Guest's personal effects or any other property whether from the hotel room or locker or anywhere else in the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or theft.
7. Pets - No pets are allowed.
8. Dangerous Goods - You are prohibited from bringing in goods and/or storing raw or exposed motion picture film, or any other items of a combustible or dangerous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of questionable nature. The Guest shall be solely liable to the management, its other guests, visitors, agents and servants of the Guest for all financial or other losses and damages which may be caused by such items or as a result of his own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable items, poisons, drugs, animals and spicy foods are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
9. Damage to property - The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by himself, his guests or any person for whom he is responsible.
10. Rights of the Manager - It is understood that the guest will conduct himself in a respectable manner and will not cause any disturbance or disturbance within the hotel premises.
The Management has the right to ask any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the hotel immediately, without notice and without giving any reason, and the guest is required to vacate when requested. In the event of non-compliance, the Management reserves the right to remove the Guest's luggage and personal effects from the room occupied by him.
11. Relationship between Management and Guest - None of the foregoing shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create, any lease or sub-lease agreement, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of it, in favor of any Guest or visitor, and the Management will always consider itself in full and absolute possession of the entire hotel complex.
12. Government rules and regulations and law enforcement - The Guest is requested to observe, abide by confirm and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and governmental rules and regulations in effect from time to time.

Payment Policy

Flexible - 14 days

-The customer pays the total amount of the reservation 14 days before arrival.

Non refundable

-The client pays the total amount of the reservation at any time after the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

-The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 14 days before arrival.

Non refundable

-The client pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time after the reservation.
