Check-in/Check-out Policies.
Hotel Deauville has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
- CHECK-IN: 3:30 PM
- CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
Terms and Conditions:
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation and secure the room;
13% tax : 6% Broward County and 7% State of Florida;
The check-in time is set at 3:30 PM and the check-out time at 11:00 AM, if you require a late check-out, contact reception, this service is subject to our availability
We have limited parking, if you're traveling with a vehicle, you may contact us about parking availability during your stay - please, keep in mind that we might not be able to confirm a parking spot.
Security Deposit: A pre-authorized security/damage deposit of $ 200.00 is required upon your arrival. An inspection will be done by our staff prior to your arrival and after your departure. Subject to the inspection of your room, you will be reimbursed on check-out. However, any damages, (including smoking or vaping in the room = $250.00), or stolen items will be deducted from your deposit. Any damages or stolen items exceeding the value of the security deposit will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit.
Payment Policy
IMPORTANT -- If a credit card is used for the payment of the reservation, the card holder must be present along with a government-issued photo ID.
You will be charged the full amount 60 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations can be canceled or modified 60 days before the arrival date without charge; this does not apply to non-refundable rates or exception dates.
- If you cancel out of time, the hotel will charge a penalty 50% of renovation + tax.
- In case of a no-show on the date of your reservation without prior notice, a NO-SHOW charge of the total reservation amount will be made.
