COVID-19 Protective Measures
We have made the following changes to our COVID-19 protocols:

* Fully vaccinated guests, visitors, and service professionals are no longer required to wear masks or social distancing
* Unvaccinated guests should still wear masks and practice social distancing

*** Please note that “fully vaccinated” means it has been two weeks since a person received the latest booster shots recommended by CDC

General
* Guests responsible for checking in on behalf of their respective parties must be at least 21 years old
* Children at least 10 years old are welcome to stay with an additional fee
* Smoking is prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account if they smoke on the premises
* Pets are prohibited

Check-in and Check-out
* Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. A fee may apply for early check-in and late check-out
* Rooms must be paid in full at check-in

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can call us at 413-528-6159.
* Full payment is required at check-in.
* We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and cash.

Cancellation Policy

NO-SHOWS are charged 100% of the reservation.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of your reservation made seven (7) days prior to your check-in date will not result in any cancellation fees. However, because your reservation is reserved specifically for your party, cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

GROUP RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATION Cancellation of a reservation for two or more rooms made thirty (30) days prior to your arrival will not result in any cancellation fees. However, because your reservation is reserved specifically for your party, cancellations made fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
