The Beach House is an 9 Bedroom, 9 Bathroom Bed & Breakfast. The Property offers views of the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Pier. Farm to Table Breakfast is served daily and hosted Wine Tastings on the Weekends. There is a large common area and two brick patios with plenty of room for relaxing! Terms & Conditions

Out of respect for all of the guests of the Bed and Breakfast quiet hours are instituted between 10pm and 8am. Noise levels cannot exceed 80 decibels and only registered guests can occupy the units during these hours.
The Boardwalk Beach House does not allow pets in Resort guest rooms. The Property does welcome service animals and will comply with all laws that adhere to the accommodation of service animals under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). A charge of $300 will be assessed if evidence of a pet is found in your room.
The Boardwalk Beach House is a smoke-free property. A smoking fee of $300 per day will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel by 4:00 pm three days prior to arrival. If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date or wish to cancel with fewer than 72 hours notice, we will access a penalty equal to your first night's room rate plus tax.
