Apartment 1, which boasts effortless elegance has a stunning open plan living area enjoying some of the best views of the beach. The dog-friendly three-bedroom apartment, which sleeps up to six also has direct access to a sheltered terrace, which is shared with Apartment 2.

Bedrooms in Apartment 1 include a wonderful Master with a king size bed, a roll top bath and en-suite, which is fitted with a WC and a wash-basin. The other bedrooms are a nice double and a twin. Both the Master and double bedroom have patio doors leading directly to the terrace and garden and enjoy sea views.

The luxurious apartment has capacity to sleep six people. Underfloor heating is provided and individually zoned in each room. The off-white walls and woodwork combined with warm-white LED’s create the perfect setting to be enjoyed by all.

The bathroom which has a large and powerful rain shower is tastefully decorated with mosaic and tiled marble and low-level lighting. The oversized mirror cabinets provide plenty of storage space for toiletries.

The 269 sq ft, en-suite, master bedroom offers a comfortable kingsize bed with French doors that open out into the beautiful gardens of the Chalet. The flatscreen TV is visible from the kingsize bed or the free standing Victorian bath. The fitted wardrobe and dressing table with drawers provide plentiful storage space.

The double bedroom, complete with a comfy double bed and a fitted wardrobe also has french doors that open into the courtyard while the twin bedroom features two single beds.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, fan oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, hair dryer, crockery, cutlery and kitchen tools for up to eight people.

Infinitely diverse views are provided from the open plan kitchen and living space. The 700sq ft reception and dining area has tastefully selected, contemporary furniture with bean bags and a flatscreen TV. Also provided is a dining table to seat up to eight people.

The first apartment located on the entry level of the property is Apartment 3. This dog friendly three-bedroom self-catering unit comfortably accommodates up to six. The bedrooms include one standard double, one twin and one Master with a king-size bed, a roll top bath and en-suite.

Overlooking Saunton beach is the elegant open plan living area featuring a comfy lounge with large sofas and a TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The apartment also has a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In the evening relax on the balcony, which has a canopy overhead giving guests shelter as they admire the sunset.

Apartment 4 is easily accessed as it is positioned on the entry level of the building, meaning no steps or need to use the lift. The apartment is bright and spacious throughout with a large open plan living area enjoying outstanding views of the beach and Braunton Burrows.

The apartment features three bedrooms, including a gorgeous Master with king-size bed, a roll top bath and en-suite bathroom, which is fitted with a WC and a wash basin. The final two bedrooms are a twin and a double and share the large family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Apartment 5 is situated on the first floor of the building and has some of the nicest sea views due to its elevated position and the open shared balcony. The open-plan living area is also double aspect, allowing guests to see the sea from all angles.

The bright and spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to six in three bedrooms, including a good-sized double, a light and airy twin and the Master, which has a king-size bed and a roll top bath. The Master bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite, which has a WC and wash-basin. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower. This apartment is pet free.

Located on the first floor of the building, Apartment 6 is a lovely spacious three-bedroom holiday home for families or friends.

The apartment enjoys far reaching sea views from the open plan living area and semi-shared balcony.

To the rear of the apartment are the first two bedrooms, a modern double and a twin. The final bedroom with views of Braunton Burrows is the Master and features a king-size bed and a roll-top bath, it also has an en-suite with WC and wash-basin. Finally, the apartment has a family bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower. This apartment is pet free.

The Penthouse at Chalet Saunton has unrivalled views over Saunton Sands beach looking out towards Westward Ho and the Taw and Torridge Estuaries. A private staircase leads you to the open plan living area which has a comfy lounge and dining area. Complete with a widescreen TV, surround sound hi-fi system, and a wood burning stove, the Penthouse makes those winter evenings, ultimately cosy. A well-equipped kitchen area complete with a breakfast island and dining table make the most of the beautifully uninterrupted sea views.

The two bedrooms, which are located towards the rear of the property are tastefully decorated and both benefit from en-suite bathrooms. The first is a good-sized twin/double with handy zip and link beds and an en-suite walk-in shower-room. The second is the master bedroom and features a king-size bed, roll-top bath and en-suite bathroom with WC and wash basin.

Apartment 2 takes advantage of its garden level position with direct access to the communal garden, and the path, which leads to Saunton Sands beach.

We really hope you enjoy your stay with us. Below some of our terms and conditions. Please contact bookings@chaletsaunton.com if you have any questions or concerns. We are here to help.
For check-in Please contact Lisa on 07790 889890. We try to get you in earlier if we can. It is subject to availability.

//Guests.
Please make sure you have provided full details of all guests and visitors to the property during your stay.

//Third parties. Permission should be sort for any third party services such as catering, cleaning yoga or any service whatsoever for the benefit of a guest. No third party supply is permissible without express permission and details of the supply. Failure to do so is a breach of the terms and can result in you being asked to leave or your booking cancelled without refund. A booking can be terminated prior to arrival if it appears that these terms have or are likely to be breached.

//Chalet Saunton is a family environment, where we welcome celebrations and get-togethers, we are also mindful of other guests. It your duty to respect the privacy and quiet of the Chalet environment. Excessive noise will not be tolerated and can amount to a cancellation of the rest of your booking. It is a requirement of the booking that you disclose your intentions and a full guest list of people who visit you at any time during your stay at Chalet Saunton.

//Please keep the doors to your apartments closed at all times. Please do not leave the main door of the building open.

//Please do not leave things in the communal areas or prop the front door open. There is surfboard storage in the grounds used at your own risk. All surfboards and wetsuits should be washed and kept there. Fines can be administered for failing to adhere to this policy.

//PETS & SERVICE DOGS
We accept pets and service dogs in apartments 1,2,3 & 4. Apartments 5,6 and Penthouse are pet free with some exceptions made at management discretion. Please inform us beforehand so that we can make the necessary arrangements to cater for your pets. Any damage caused as a result of your pets will be charged. Dogs should be washed outside before entering the apartments we have taps on the balconies and there is the outdoor shower. The main showers in the apartments are not pet friendly

//PARKING
Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Strictly 1 car per apartment booking is allowed. By special request we can help find off site parking. We reserve the right to fine any guests who breach these terms. The additional spaces on site are for staff and used at their discretion.

Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.

The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.

// DAMAGES & LOST PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member, or pet, of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost access cards will incur a replacement charge per card lost.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

//SMOKING
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is not allowed anywhere in or on the property and is in accordance with the Health Act 2006.

//YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS & PRIVACY
We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue, details of next destination if they are non-British, Irish or Commonwealth guests. This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972). These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) [which comes into force in May 2018].
Our policy surrounding the personal details you provide as part of any booking or enquiry through this website / or third party website, including the privacy of those details are explained and set out in our Privacy Policy.
You accept that any entries you make to an on-site guest book, if available, will not contain personal information or details you would not want disclosed. Any entries containing personal details that may fall into the DPA and GDPR may be removed and destroyed.

Payment Policy

By placing a booking with us (the property owner/his representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay, you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.

To place a booking with us, the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. The lead guest can also be held responsible and must provide full credit card details with cleared funds for any deductions to be made. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our ‘Chalet Saunton staff’ express permission. No parking is allowed under any circumstances for guests who are not part of The chalet booking. The lead guest must provide contact details and names of all guests staying at Chalet Saunton when they make the booking.

To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance, this deposit amount is 50% of your total booking price. It is non refundable. Deposit payments must be ‘cleared funds’ before a booking can be confirmed. The balance will be taken automatically 30 days before arrival via the guests card used for the deposit. Should guests need to use a different card for the balance then they should communicate this and make contact with chaletsaunton to provide the correct card details 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments can be made online. Any charges raised against us by our banks for handling dishonoured payments must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. We are able to adjust dates subject to availability. We do not provide refunds

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will not be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival can be moved to alternate dates at management discretion. We would be happy to explore options for stays with you where possible. Please let us know as soon as you can.
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due or if paid is forfeited too. It is recommended that booking guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
