1. Contract of Hire

All bookings are accepted by The Duke Boutique Suites and are subject to these conditions which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hire and all persons in the party. Bookings can be made by email or through the website and would be deemed to be accepted once payment is received by us.

2. Confirmation of Booking

Your booking is only confirmed by receipt of your deposit or by an email confirmation.

3. Final Payment

Upon your arrival.

4. Form of Payment

Payments prior to your arrival date can be made by bank transfer, major credit cards.

5. Hire's Responsibility

The hire is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents.

6. Property Arrival and Departure Times

The suite will be available for occupation from 15.00 pm local time on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Insurance

The suite hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover of any kind. It is a condition of booking that travel insurance is taken out against cancellation and it is strongly recommended that personal accident and medical insurance is also taken out.

Payment Policy

Visa, MasterCard accepted without additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Standard
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation.

Non-refundable
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
