Terms & Conditions

Parking - we have parking spaces at the rear of the hotel only for resident guests. We take no responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle when left over night and do not provide valet parking. You are requested to leave your car keys with reception upon check-in, they will be safely returned to you upon check out, or at anytime you require them during your stay.
Smoking - All of our rooms are non smoking. If any evidence is found of smoking in rooms we will charge £150.00 to card details provided upon making your reservation.
Damage - If any damage is caused to the room whilst you are staying with us we will charge your card accordingly.
Children - Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. Children's cots/cribs are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Residual Balance - Should there be an outstanding balance to pay which is not settled prior to departure, we will charge the card allocated to the reservation accordingly.
All New Years Eve accommodation reservations are non-cancellable with the full balance of payment being taken on the 01st December 2020.
Any guests enjoying our inclusive Cocktail Package will note that drinks are available between *5pm and midnight, choosing cocktails from our Cocktail Menu priced under £10. *From 6pm - 1am on New Years Eve

Payment Policy

We do not take any payment when your reservation is initially made, however we will take card details to secure the booking. Full payment for any cocktail package reservations or any reservations on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be taken upon check in. Reservations Monday to Thursday payment will be taken upon checkout.
All New Years Eve accommodation reservations are non-cancellable with the full balance of payment being taken on the 01st December 2020.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment will be taken if a reservation is cancelled after 12 noon within 48 hours of the anticipated and arranged arrival date. No refund will be given.
All New Years Eve accommodation reservations are non-cancellable and non refundable.
