Guests will be asked the following questions at check-in & a copy kept with their record
A. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19? YES / NO. B. Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours? YES / NO
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please do not put our employees and other guests at risk and come back another day when you feel better.

_____ ROOM CLEANING
Due to COVID-19 daily housekeeping has been suspended for stays under three days. However, we are happy to give you new towels at the front desk and pick up your trash outside your door upon request.

_____ ROOM CHARGES AND DAMAGE
Damage to furniture, linens, and other property will be assessed and then charged to you at our replacement and labor costs.  We will be transparent in our communication about damage to the rooms. Excessively soiled linens, damaged flooring, fixtures and furniture will be regarded as damages. 

_____ PET POLICIES
As pet owners, we totally understand the desire to travel with your furry friends. However, due to allergy concerns, we do not allow pets to stay in our rooms. A pet damage fee of $250 or actual damages will be applied if this policy is violated.

_____ SMOKING
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside any of the rooms. A smoking damage fee of $250 will be applied if the policy is violated. If you would like to smoke or vape, you may do so outside. Please do not smoke or vape in front of another guest’s window. Violation of this may result in your removal without a refund.

______QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to ask you repeatedly to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.

Payment Policy

Reservations starting more than 7 days after the booking date will require a 20% deposit. Your remaining balance will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival.

Our prices for rooms are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 for each additional adult up to four per room. Select rooms allow a cot, contact us direct for availability, there is a $25.00 one time charge.

FINAL WORDS
Our website is filled with good information about our property so we ask that you take a look at it before booking. Refunds will not be given for things like "small bathrooms" "low ceiling height" and "vague smoke smells" as these issues are addressed on our website: thelancastermotel.com. By booking with us you are acknowledging your understanding of these time period shortcomings. We thank you in advance for your understanding and agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Rooms canceled more than 48 hours before your arrival will be given a full refund. Example: if you are meant to check in on Friday at 2pm, contact us by Wednesday at 2pm . Rooms canceled less than 48 hours before a reservation are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay plus 8.5% NH Meals & Rooms tax.

Reservations for Friday and Saturday nights, between Memorial Day and Columbus Day, Holidays & Special Events are subject to our strict cancellation rule: you will be charged for the entire stay. However, we may at our discretion allow you to change dates.

If you fail to cancel or alter your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged for the entire booking plus the tax and the remainder of your stay will be canceled. We try to be accommodating with our policy. If something happens and you can’t make it, give us a call and we’ll do our best to work it out.
