The Mill at Fine Creek's Guest Cottages opened in April 2017 with 7 one-bedroom cottages, 5 two-bedroom cottages, 1 three-bedroom cottage, and a historic general store that doubles as a check-in/reception building. A large green space spreads between the cottages while crushed slate paths wind between them and their gardens.

The cottages feature a host of amenities: Each cottage has a private sitting room in addition to the bedroom(s), has central heat/air with its own climate control, a TV in the sitting room with cable, free WiFi, a small refrigerator/freezer, and glassware. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and queen-sized beds with locally manufactured mattresses. We use 100% cotton 600 thread-count sheets on our beds. The cottage bathrooms include a hair dryer, a make-up mirror, luxurious toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames, and 100% cotton bath towels. We also look forward to offering our guests complimentary breakfast – freshly baked light morning fare – and other items and services that will be available through our historic general store.

Terms & Conditions

WE REQUIRE A 50% NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION. THE REMAINING PORTION OF YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED UPON CHECK-IN. THERE IS A 5% ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE CHARGE FOR ANY CHANGE REQUESTS OF INITIAL MODE OF PAYMENT. There is a 6.0% sales tax and 5.0% lodging tax that will be applied. Discounts and promotional offers are based on cottage availability and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers (eg, special event rate cannot be combined with “Hot Deals”). Check-in begins at 2:00 pm on the afternoon of your stay and check-out is by 10:00 am. Check-in is in our general store. Our general store hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (7:00 am to 5:00 pm for December through February) Wednesday through Sunday. Free parking and complimentary breakfast are available to all our overnight guests. There is a $100.00 per key charge for cottage keys that are not returned or are lost. Reservations may be made through our website using a credit/debit card. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises. We reserve the right to charge for any unusual cleaning. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited INSIDE the guest cottages. If you are found to be in violation of this, you will be assessed a fee of $150. Our property has a policy of No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of this, you will be assessed a fee of $150. Prices are subject to change without notice for new reservations.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to guarantee your reservation. The remaining portion of your stay will be charged upon check-in. There is a 5% administrative service charge for any change requests of initial mode of payment. There is a 6.0% sales tax and 5.0% lodging tax that will be applied.
