HOTEL CHECK IN
At check in you will be asked to complete a residents card (legal requirement) and provide evidence of your identity and address (in the form of a drivers licence/passport/utility bill).

PAYMENT METHODS
You may be requested to pre-authorise a valid payment method to cover additional costs associated with your stay.

VALUABLES
We provide a safe in each hotel room.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our Grade II listed building is a coaching house built in 1828 and therefore not all parts are easily accessible for wheelchairs, pushchairs. Our bedrooms are all on the first or second floor accessible by stairs. Unfortunately we do not have a lift so our hotel facilities may not be suitable for guests who finds stairs difficult. We will happily lift your suitcases to and from your room if you need assistance.

CHILDREN
Children age 9 and under stay for free, breakfast included.
Children age 10-17 sharing a parents room stay for £10 per night, breakfast included.

PETS
Pets of any kind are not permitted to stay in the hotel bedrooms, with the exception of Guide Dogs

DAMAGES
We reserve the right to charge for missing or damaged items from rooms which are discovered by housekeeping immediately following check out.

Payment Policy

Credit cards are charged £50 per room on receipt of a booking with the Morecambe Hotel. This charge forms the deposit.

The balance of accommodation charges are due at checkout.
