Grab your favorite book and sit by the seaside pool with your favorite beverage (Grocery stores are nearby) Whether you're looking to get away from it all or wanting an action packed adventure, The Palapa House is the perfect home base. Most resorts need a golf cart to get around; optional at The Palapa House! All mattresses, linens and towels meet North American Four Star Resort standards. This is NOT your typical hotel mattress! Seven out of eight units have quiet central air conditioning units in lieu of noisy mini-splits or hotel AC units. Quiet comfort on the beach is our motto at The Palapa House! Every room has a modern walk in shower and most have cool barn doors for the bathroom and closet. The 1st floor and 3rd floor have exposed beams and the Penthouse has 14’ ceilings. * Every booking needs to be made with at least a 24 hours notice before time of arrival.
* All rates are in US dollars per night based on single or double occupancy.
* Additional people over the ages of 12 will be charged $10 per night.
* Belize hotel tax of 9% will be added to all reservations.

Deposits
* A $200.00 deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Fully refundable if canceled before 14 days from your check in date.
* 14 days prior to check-in, the balance is due.

* $200.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
* Full Payment is required if you are booking within 14 days of arrival.
* We accept Visa and Master Card.

Cancellation Policy

* Full refund of deposit if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in.
* 100% of reservation is forfeited including tax if cancelled 14 or less days before check-in date
* All funds are forfeited for no shows.

***All reservations arriving and staying through the Holidays Dec. 20 to Jan.5 will be subject to a special event policy and will have 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 30 days of check in date.
