Check-in time is 1500 Hrs.
Check-out time is 1000 Hrs.
The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.
The company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.
The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
Visitors not allowed post 11 PM in guest rooms.
Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory upon Check-in.
The hotel reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.
The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate.
The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by post.
I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the Hotel and agree to abide by them.

Payment Policy

In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.
For No shows and early check outs, One night’s room rate is charged to the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Check-In Time: 1500hrs - 2300hrs Check Out Time: 1000hrs
Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1300 hours and late check-out from 1100 to 1400 hours.
Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Deposit Policy:
For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact Sleepy Hollow to discuss your details.
Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
