Terms & Conditions

Kindly observe that The Villas at St. Pete Beach is under private ownership, therefore we reserve the right to refuse service to any person. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please allow your fellow guests their right to quiet enjoyment of their vacation.

We are not responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry or personal valuables of any kind.

All guests must be registered at the front desk upon their arrival and a parking pass must be obtained or the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.

Additional guests sleeping in the room must be approved by management prior to booking per fire code.

Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied overnight by an adult over 21 years of age and you must be 21 years old to reserve a room.

Housekeeping services provided daily free of charge (excluding Beach Haven). Please notify our office staff if you do not wish to have your room cleaned daily.

Payment in full is due at the time of check in, a damage deposit is required at time of payment and will be held until after check out. Any assessed damages will be immediately charged.

All of our rooms are NON SMOKING and any evidence of smoking of any substance in the room will result in a $250 charge. _______ initials

Excessive noise WILL NOT be tolerated. After hours pool use is not allowed.
A charge of up to $500 will be assessed for any noise complaints after hours and we reserve the right to remove you from the property.

Lost key fee is $40.

All sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

FOR A STAY LESS THAN 30 DAYS
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to the Check-in Date.
After 7 days there is a 50% charge for cancellation

FOR A STAY GREATER THAN 30 DAYS
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
After 60 days there is a 50% charge for cancellation

NO SHOW the guest will be charged 50% of the total price in the event of a no-show

NON REFUNDABLE RATE; The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This form of reservation does not accept cancellations and this amount is not refundable.y
