The Volunteer Inn is a 17th century pub with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, offering unpretentious value for money accommodation, from £40 per person on a bed and breakfast basis within a peaceful location in Chipping Campden.

We serve a fabulous selection of Indian and English dishes, available in the Maharaja Restaurant and real ale in the bar. The Inn is only a few hundred yards from the town center, with the Cotswold Way at it’s door step.

A cobbled courtyard, outdoor TV and well maintained gardens, leading to a children's play area can be enjoyed during the summer months and a warm cosy log fire in the winter. We show live football matches & rugby & cricket on four large TVs screens (one is located outside).

The Volunteer Inn Bed and Breakfast in Chipping Campden offers unaffected and honest hospitality, which is hard to beat but easy to enjoy.

Terms & Conditions

We aim to have the rooms ready for you by 3.30pm and check out time is 10am. As we do not have a night porter, guests are required to notify us if they expect to arrive after 11.30pm. Please note that rooms are serviced upon request. Any cancellations must be made by 11.30am at least 2 days prior to arrival or the total cost of the stay will be charged. We therefore suggest that you purchase insurance to cover against any eventualities which may cause cancellation. Please note that any unpaid food or drink bill after check out will be charge to credit card given to secure the booking.
There can be some noise from the pub during busy times.

Payment Policy

Payment is made on arrival. We accept , Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made by 11.30am at least 2 days prior to arrival or the total cost of the stay will be charged. We therefore suggest that you purchase insurance to cover against any eventualities which may cause cancellation.
