STAFF IS NOT ON SITE AFTER HOURS OF OPERATION. THERE IS NO SECURITY GUARD ON SITE.

COTTAGES

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN PROCEDURE - Key and Map in WHITE MAILBOX on GREEN CABANA (visible from parking lot). Mailbox is on pool side of Cabana.
CHECK OUT BY 11 AM - Late check out charge is a half-day rate. Please return key to mailbox at green CABANA. Unreturned key charge is $50.
CHILDREN AGE 10 AND UNDER RATE -> $50 PER CHILD. Wayback must be notified or a $500 fee will be charged to CC on file.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Cottages 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 accommodate TWO. Cottages 1, 4, 5 accommodate FOUR. ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT ALLOWED IN COTTAGES or AT POOL, unless approved in writing by Wayback. Disregard of policy is a $500 fee charged to CC on file.
AMENITIES - equipped with robes, small fridges, coffee, fans, hairdryers, bath products.
BLUETOOTH SPEAKER - Inquire at OFFICE or CAFE.
HOUSEKEEPING - Light maintenance provided after 3 nights.

FOOD / BEVERAGE ON PREMISES
HEALTH CODE - OUTSIDE FOOD / BEVERAGE permitted ONLY INSIDE cottage.
TEXAS LAW - ALCOHOL brought to Wayback is permitted ONLY INSIDE cottages. ALCOHOL consumed outside cottages must be purchased from Wayback.

POOL
Cottage & pool pass guests only, hill country view, 10 unreserved chaise loungers, food / beverage service during CAFE hours. Large floats not allowed.
BEVERAGES must be in CLEAR PLASTIC containers, purchased from Wayback. NO GLASS. NO INSULATED CONTAINERS.

CABANA - pool towels, games, books, tables/chairs
FIRE PIT - Fires are RISKY; tended by Wayback staff only; lit on cool nights Th - Sa, October - March.

QUIET HOURS 10 PM - 9 AM
NO SMOKING - Any indication is a $500 charge to CC on file.

SERVICE ANIMALS must be approved by Wayback before arrival. A $300 non-refundable fee will be charged at time of booking. Damages and additional cleaning fees will be charged to CC on file.

DAMAGES - Please use washcloths or pool towels for spills, makeup removal, etc. Wayback has right to charge CC on file (or take further steps to claim compensation) for DAMAGES TO PROPERTY or FURNISHINGS, inc. SLIPCOVERS and BED LINENS due to (but not limited to) wine/food stains, blood, makeup, tanning lotion/spray, dyes, tape, markers. Cleaning fees may also be assessed. Charges calculated as follows: replacement cost + 30% + tax. Wayback will provide pictures of damage (if possible). Applicant may not claim ownership of damaged property.

GUESTS PERSONAL PROPERTY, including vehicles - Hotel shall bear no liability for loss or damage.
BELONGINGS LEFT after departure will be removed after seven days. Shipping is a minimum of $50, involving packing time, shipping fee, travel to station, etc. Wayback requires written CC Authorization before shipment.

TERMS FOR ACCOMODATION Payment is required at time of booking. Providing CC information is an acceptance by Applicant of terms. Reservation is confirmed when Hotel processes Applicant's payment. This applies even if a third party makes reservation. One guest in cottage must be at least 21 years of age. Reservation is for designated occupants only. Changes in occupancy must be approved in writing by Wayback, and additional fees may be charged, including a $100 cleaning fee. Food/beverage, incidentals and/or damages will be charged to CC on file. Matters not addressed herein shall be in accordance with laws and accepted practices.

CANCELLATION - If reservation is canceled at least 14 days before arrival date, payment is refundable, less $53 fee per cottage. If reservation is canceled within 13 days of arrival, payment is not refundable. Payments for blocked rooms are not refundable.

CANCELLATION BY HOTEL may be made with immediate effect. Applicant will be charged for full length of stay if circumstances which Hotel is not responsible make fulfillment of contract impossible, if accommodation was booked using misleading statements, if there are illegal circumstances or drugs, if Hotel believes operations or security could be compromised, if guest carries contagious illness, if there is unauthorized subletting, if Applicant withdraws from part of contract in case of a combined accommodation/event contract, if payment is not made, if accommodation is shared with unauthorized visitors, if guest does not abide policies or vandalizes property, or other justifiable reasons.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of booking.
Providing an email address and/or credit card information is an acceptance by Applicant of these terms. Reservation is acknowledged and confirmed when Hotel processes Applicant's payment. This applies even if a third party makes the reservation.
At least one guest in a cottage must be at least 21 years of age.
Room rates are based upon a maximum number of occupants for the duration of a reserved stay. This reservation is for designated occupants only. Any changes in occupancy must be approved and acknowledged in writing by The Wayback, and additional fees will be charged, including a $100 cleaning fee.

DAMAGE CAUSED BY APPLICANT/GUEST
Please use washcloths or pool towels to wipe up spills, remove makeup, etc., as Guest/Applicant will not be charged for damage to these two items. All other DAMAGED PROPERTY such as slipcovers, bath towels and bed linens, as examples, must be repaired or replaced. Guest/Applicant will be billed for costs of repairs or replacement to damaged property. The Wayback has the right to charge Applicant’s credit card on file (or take further steps to claim compensation) for PROPERTY DAMAGE and/or DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, FURNISHINGS, SLIPCOVERS, BED LINENS, BATH TOWELS, ETC. Applicant’s CC will be charged for damages caused by (but not limited to) wine, blood, vomit, makeup, tanning lotion/spray, food, mascara, dyes, liquids, tape, glue, crayons, markers, etc. Cleaning fees may be assessed as well. Charges for damaged property will be calculated as follows: the replacement cost of the item + 30% + tax. The Wayback will provide pictures of damage (if possible). Applicant may not claim ownership of damaged property.
