Overlooking the Caribbean Sea, The Tree Tops stirs a tasty mélange of Caribbean, Belizean and Italian design elements to create the perfect spot to unwind.

The pure, crisp white structure sits within earshot of the Ocean crashing waves.

All room have a distinctly Caribbean interior style, with breezy burlap linen curtains and nostalgic yet highly functional overhead ceiling fans.

The simple lines of the custom-made furniture constructed of local wood, are further evidence of a design in tune with nature. White pervades all spaces with its quality of timelessness.

On the private beach the briny air, the scent of sunscreen and the gentle lull of swaying palm trees are the best ingredients for a perfect tan.

Alternatively our Tree Tops terrace offers the perfect spot to lie in a hammock watching the waves lapping the beach or being gazed in awe by the brilliant, majestic, captivating and colourful sunsets.

Though lazy days in the sunloungers can be tempting, there’s no excuse to be lazy.

While strategically located few steps away from the center of the island life, the complimentary bicycles are handy to those guests willing to explore the island.

Giambattista & Valentina, your host, arrived in Belize with their catamaran.
From the shores of the Mediterranean Sea to the Pacific Ocean, trough Galapagos, Easter Island and Patagonia, they pushed their catamaran Angelique II as south as the 65 degrees of latitude, reaching in February 2016 the Antarctic Polar Circle (the first catamaran in history). After 10 years and more than 80.000 nautical miles they decided to settle down.
The time spent sailing Belize allowed them to discover this beautiful Country, rich in history and nature and especially Caye Caulker, a tiny little island with no paved roads and no traffic lights. They felt in love with the Tree Tops, one of the oldest hotel in the Island which they bough and spent one entire year renovating it.
Before turning himself in a full-time sailor, Giambattista was executive of several international companies. He has also been a professional racing car driver and in his palmares we find several national and international titles. Valentina is a photographer in love with nature which is her favorite stage for her photos. With a degree in Advertising Graphics, she worked various advertising agencies and media companies.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 10:00 am.
Our Office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 9 am to 3 pm on Sunday.
Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after our lobby is closed.
Complimentary bicycles are available to our guests (according availability).
Some guest rooms are located on the second and third floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy

Cancellation Policy
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
For Standard Rates if the booking is cancelled earlier than 31 day (s) before check no Cancellation fees will be applied.
If the booking is cancelled less than 31 day (s) before check in a Cancellation fees will be applied, equal to 100% of the total.
For non refundable rates, a Cancellation fees equal to 100% of the total will be applied at any time.

Payment Policy
We process the payment at the expiration of the free cancellation period (31 days before check in).
Our rates are based on double occupancy and do not include breakfast.
There are two additional charges, City Tax (9% over accommodation ) and House keeping (15 USD daily). We do not include the Cleaning Fee in our rates to avoid to our Guests the payment of the City Tax also on the Cleaning Fee, since it is not required by the Law of Belize.

A valid id must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used.
