Terms & Conditions

Check-in time is 3:00pm-9:00 pm. We can not accommodate early check in requests at this time. If you plan to arrive late please contact the Resort in advance at 315-599-7070 . If you have not arrived by 9 pm, you are responsible for the full charge of your reservation. Check out time is 11:00 am. No check-out is necessary. Please leave keys in your room. There is a $20 fee for lost or unreturned keys. Housekeeping is done between 11 am & 3 pm if desired. Items missing from the room will be charged up to $250 to your credit card. Advertised rates are for double occupancy. Children 10 & under stay free. Individuals older than 10 years of age are considered additional guests. The additional guest fee is $20.00 per person per night. No refunds or credit for early departures. Reservations made the same day will be charged in full at the time of booking. There will be no refunds for same day reservations. Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to check in. No exceptions. Cancellations made outside of the 7 days will be charged a full night fee per room plus tax. No shows & no calls are not acceptable & will be charged for the full reservation. A $50.00 per night non refundable deposit is required per room for bookings of 2 or more rooms. Unregistered individuals are not permitted in rooms or on property. Pets are permitted. One pet per room. There is a $35.00 pet fee per night & pets are not to be left at the Resort unattended. Pets are not allowed in or on the beds. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. All rooms are non-smoking which includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Please use receptacles. Smoke cleaning fee of $100 per day will be assessed to rooms where smoking is evident. A common kitchen/eating area is available to all guests. Guests are responsible for supplying all food. Pots/pans/dishes/utensils are provided. Guests are to clean their own dishes & leave the kitchen in clean condition. Parking is for guests only. $25 per day parking fee for additional winter visitors. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. No snowmobile or ATV riding is permitted on the Tug Hill Resort property except ingress & egress to & from the designated trails. Damage & excessive cleaning costs will be billed $250 minimum if necessary. Please leave our property in the condition in which you found it & let us know if you find anything broken or in poor condition. Thank you. Not responsible for omissions & typographical errors.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at check-in. No shows will be charged for the full amount of reservation. No exceptions. A $50.00 per night non refundable deposit is required per room for bookings of 2 or more rooms. Seasonal reservations require a non refundable $1500 at time of reservation and balance due 2 months prior to arrival. No credit or refund available for early departure. Check out after 11:00 will result additional 1 night room charge.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to check in. No exceptions. Cancellations made outside of the 7 days will be charged a full night fee per room plus tax. No shows & no calls are not acceptable & will be charged for the full reservation.Reservations made the same day will be charged in full at time of booking. There will be no refunds for same day reservations or those made within 48 hours of check in. No refunds or credit for early departures. Please contact us by phone at 315-599-7070 . Insufficient notice or no show with no call will be charged in full for entire reservation.
