The fully furnished, beautiful contemporary apartments accommodate four people, with two spacious double bedrooms, including fitted wardrobes. One bedroom is en suite and both rooms are prepared as either double, or twin, to suit our guests' requirements. The main bathroom and en suite are fitted with bath, shower and toilet. Selected apartments have an additional sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Whirlpool appliances, integrated oven, hob and extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For added convenience we have included all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, earthenware and additional appliances such as toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board which complete a fully self catered kitchen.

The spacious lounge area comfortably seats four people and features a focal fire in the unmistakable style of Rennie Mackintosh. French doors open on to a balcony from the lounge, some boasting views across to the famous Ailsa Course, while others look across Scotland's stunning west coast. A widescreen television, a video recorder, a DVD player and a hi-fi system with CD player are all provided for your enjoyment.

Terms & Conditions

Dear Guests,

Thank you for your booking and we hope you enjoy your stay. Please read carefully below, to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible:

ARRIVAL
IT IS VITAL THAT YOU CONTACT OUR APARTMENT MANAGER, KAREN, BEFORE YOU TRAVEL AND CONFIRM YOUR CHECK IN TIME. SHE CAN BE CONTACTED ON 07866 367984. Please leave a voice message or send a text message if the phone is temporarily turned off. Having arranged an arrival time with Karen, she will then be there to greet you and familiarise you with the apartment’s facilities. Check in times should ideally be between 3 and 5 pm, although you may be able to arrive slightly outside these times if you give Karen prior notice. Please contact her a few days before the arrival date to confirm arrival date and time and again 1-2 hours prior to arrival. If you are unexpectedly delayed please keep Karen informed.

DEPARTURE
We appreciate checkout by 11 am on your day of departure.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in the apartment unless a prior agreement is made. If you are found to be in breach of this condition then there will an additional charge of £50 per person per night.

DOGS
Dogs are only allowed in apartments 2E, 3H & 4E with prior arrangement. Please select this option in our booking extras. Animals other than dogs cannot be accepted.

DAMAGE
Visitors will be liable to Turnberry Links Estate for any damage caused in the accommodation during the period of rent. Turnberry Links Estate can accept no liability for any damage, expense, injury, death or loss of any nature whatsoever suffered by any person(s) from any cause whatsoever other than, in the case of the management and/or manager(s) the proven negligence of him/herself or his/her employees or agents or, in our case, the proven negligence of ourselves or our employees or agents.

ENTRY
We have the right to enter any accommodation without prior notice if special circumstances or emergencies arise (for example if repairs need to be carried out).

TENTS
Under no circumstances are you allowed to pitch a tent anywhere on the development .

DISABLED GUESTS
Some of the accommodation we offer is unsuitable for visitors with mobility difficulties.

LINEN
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Extra bed linen for sofa beds is only available by prior arrangement; please see the relevant booking option.

CONSUMABLES
Washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel, shampoo, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, milk and any other consumables are not provided, as the apartments are self catering.

VEHICLES
Your vehicles, their accessories and contents are left entirely at your own risk.

IMPORTANT!
You must notify any shortcomings with your accommodation to the Apartment Manager or to Turnberry Links Estate immediately so that remedial action, if appropriate, can be taken. If a significant problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible during your holiday. Unfortunately, we can't rectify problems, or be held responsible for them, if we are not aware of them.

HEATING
The controls for the heating are on the wall in the kitchen and the thermostat for the heating is located on the wall in the hall; the air temperature can be adjusted on this thermostat. There is also an electric fire in the living room, which is operated by the isolator switch on the wall al low level, next to the fire and two switches just underneath the hood of the fire, on the right hand side.

LIGHT BULBS
In case of a light bulb failure during your stay there are some replacements in the kitchen draw.

We do try and cover everything on the above confirmation, but please do let us know, if you think the inclusion of anything else would be helpful to our guests.
