Terms & Conditions

Cleaning Fee:
Although general housekeeping is included in your room rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee on your credit card.

Damages:
You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment by yourself or your guests. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.

Hot Tub:
The Sunshine Inn hot tub seats 6 people and is for Sunshine Inn guests only. Please do not exceed maximum capacity. In the event that you exceed the 6-person capacity of the hot tub or cause damage, you could be charged a minimum $250 fee on your credit card to cover the cost of balancing/repairing the tub.

Pet Policy:
We allow pets in the Drift Away Suite, and Oceanview Retreat for a fee of $30/booking. You are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required by your pet. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred. Pets are not allowed in the Sunshine Inn or Hi Tides Hostel.

Smoking Policy:
For a clean and healthy living environment, our accommodations are smoke-free. Any smoking inside the properties will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.

Maintaining a Harassment and Discrimination-Free Environment Policy:
Twillingate & Beyond maintains a zero-tolerance policy for customers/employees who harass customers/employees based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sexual orientation or gender identity, marital status, family status, and disability. Customers/employees in violation of the policy may be asked to leave the premises and/or have law enforcement involved.

Quiet Time:
To respect all guests, quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.

Payment Policy

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night at time of reservation; the remaining will be billed the day before check-out.

If a guest damages the property, the credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
