Two Thirty-Five Luxury Suites
The suites at Two Thirty-Five are a luxurious experience with all the comforts of home, nestled in the heart of beautiful, historic Healdsburg - the center of Sonoma County's rich wine culture.
The spacious three-bedroom suites have all the comforts of home and then some. You’ll be 100 feet from Healdsburg’s plaza with some 20 fine restaurants within a two-block walk -- not to mention dozens of tasting rooms and boutiques!
You can spend the day exploring the vineyards and then head out to a world-class meal or simply come home and put your feet up, taking advantage of the suite's full kitchen.
Each suite has a dedicated Wi-Fi router with a 50MB Internet connection for guests to use complimentary. There's a 55-inch TV in the living room and 42-inch TVs in all the bedrooms; all are equipped with media hubs, so it’s easy to connect any of your devices.
Three reserved parking spaces are allotted to each suite complimentary.
You'll be on the second floor of a secure building with elevator access.
Art in the suites is all created by local Sonoma County artists.

Two Thirty-Five Luxury Suites cannot be held responsible for articles missing from rooms or damage to personal property.
The comfort of all guests is a priority. We want every guest to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so noise complaints are taken very seriously. We require that all guests respect the comfort of others by keeping tv volumes to a minimum and talking levels reasonable. If the noise in your suite causes discomfort to other guests, then you will be asked to reduce the noise level. If you do not cooperate, then you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
Excluding ordinary wear and tear, guests must pay for any damage to the suites or their contents.
There is no smoking on the premises at 235 Healdsburg Avenue, which includes the rooms and common areas of the hotel. If smoking occurs in the hotel suites, a fine of $1,000 will be levied against the credit card on file for the reservation.
No pets are permitted in the suites. If evidence of pets are found within the suites a $200 per night fine will be charged.
Check-out time is no later than 11 am. Unless previously coordinated with hotel staff, guests that fail to check-out by this time may be charged for another day's lodging.
Payment Policy
We require a deposit of half the amount of the total reservation at the time of booking. When you make a reservation, your credit card is charged for 50% of the total amount of your stay (including taxes and fees) at booking and the remaining 50% balance is collected 30 days prior to your check-in date.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that will be valid during the dates of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
90+ DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN
If you decide to change or cancel your reservation more than 90 days before your stay, we’ll refund the deposit minus a 5% change/cancellation fee of the total amount of the stay (including taxes).
31-90 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN
If you decide to change or cancel your reservation 30 to 90 days before your stay, the change/cancellation fee increases to 20% of the total amount of the stay (including taxes).
30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN
If you decide to change or cancel your reservation within 30 days of your stay, 100% of the amount of the stay (including taxes) is non-refundable.
If you decide that you want to change or cancel your reservation, please email info@twothirty-five.com. Revisions covered under this policy include shortening your stay, changing the dates of your stay, or changing your original payment method.
We are a boutique hotel with a limited number of suites, so cancellations have a significant impact on our business. For this reason we are unable to make exceptions to the cancellation policy.
