We have 12 rooms in total. Two singles and 10 doubles. Each room is a different design, but they are all high quality. Some are bigger than others, some have baths, others showers, most have King size beds, but some do not. You can find pictures and full details of each room and their availability by clicking on a room number below. All rooms offer luxury en suite bath or shower rooms, crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, fogarty down bedding, fluffy white towels, arran aromatic toiletries, fair trade tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary wireless internet access, DDI telephones, plasma televisions and DVD players. DVD's are available to view in the comfort of your bedroom from our complimentary library at reception.

Terms & Conditions
We only take card details during the booking process. We actually take payment on departure, that way you can charge food and drinks to your room during your stay. That makes it nice and simple no need for you to lift a finger.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days in advance of arrival free of charge.
Regretfully in the event of cancellation within 72 hours of check-in we will have to charge you for the first nights stay, unless we can re-let the room. We're sorry about that, but we owe the bank a lot of money so we blame them. Funny that they get blamed a lot. We do request that cancellations be sent in writing, an email is perfect.
