PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment is required to confirm any reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

One Month in Advance (30 Days): No Charge
Three Weeks in Advance (21 Days): 25% of the Total Amount
Two Weeks in Advance (14 Days): 50% of the Total Amount
One Week in Advance or Less (7 Days): 100% of the Total Amount

PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit of the full payment is required to confirm rooms.

NO SHOW POLICY:
No-shows are applicable to guests who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival and fail to provide proper cancellation notification. A penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate and taxes per room will be charged for no-shows.

CHECK IN/OUT:

Check-in Time: 15:00 hrs
Check-out Time: 11:00 hrs
Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

OTHER POLICIES:
Unfortunately, the building does not allow pets/animals. Please note that if you have booked through a third party, such as booking.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, etc., complimentary breakfast is not included.

Se aplican a aquellos huéspedes que no se presentan en la fecha de llegada de la reserva y no proporcionan una notificación adecuada de cancelación. En caso de no presentarse, se cobrará una penalidad equivalente a la tarifa de la habitación de la primera noche e impuestos por habitación.

Hora de Entrada: 15:00 hrs
Hora de Salida: 11:00 hrs
La entrada anticipada está sujeta a disponibilidad y no se puede garantizar.

Desafortunadamente, el edificio no admite mascotas/animales. Tenga en cuenta que, si ha realizado su reserva a través de un tercero, como booking.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, etc., no tendrá desayuno complementario
