A 5 Star Bed and Breakfast Inn Located in Wolfville Nova Scotia

While in Wolfville, why stay at one of the generic hotels when you can stay at Nova Scotia’s luxurious 5-star bed and breakfast Inn. This Victorian-designed home and carriage house is a landmark in Wolfville and has been providing lodging and welcoming guests from around the world for 50 years.

The Inn in Wolfville, NS, was built in 1893 by William Henry Chase, a businessman known as “The Apple King” and is a prime example of late Victorian architecture. It has many unique structures especially the stain glass windows on the west side of the main building.

The Inn is just a 2-minute walk from Acadia University and a 5-minute walk from downtown with multiple restaurants and boutiques. We are located in the heart of Nova Scotia’s burgeoning wine industry, with over half a dozen vineyards within a 20-minute drive. All are surrounded by some of the most scenic landscapes Nova Scotia has to offer.

Our accommodations at Victoria’s Inn have something for everyone. There are 16 well-appointed rooms, all of which feature ensuite four piece bath, cable TV, DVD players, telephone, bathrobes, hairdryers, air-conditioning, and free fibreOp wireless internet. Included in these rooms are luxury honeymoon suites with double Jacuzzi baths and/or fireplaces. Some rooms have a view or balcony. One room has a private entrance and patio. For the ultimate comfort enjoy the Chase Suite and its amenities.

In the main house, there is a comfortable sitting room with menus showcasing the cuisine of local restaurants. Sit back and enjoy the newspaper or one of our books on tourism and the local area. LODGING POLICIES

Victoria's Historic Inn and Carriage House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 (two) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, bookings over 1,500 in value and for some holidays and special events. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for these bookings. As of Feb. 1, 2018 all reservations are subject to tax of 18%. This includes HST at 15% and a MSF (Marketing & Services Fee) at 3%. We will require your ID, Vehicle registration plate number upon arrival, failure to provide the necessary information will result in cancellation with no refunds.

Please note, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to upgrade you to another room of greater value and same bed configuration at no cost to you. On the rare occasion this does happen, we always take into consideration your preference for location within the inn as noted on the original reservation.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Front desk closes at 10:00 pm and changes to 8 pm in off season at manager's discretion. Moreover, we are not responsible for any damages to the vehicle parked at the property.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning charge up to $200.00 will be charged for smoking and/or damages in the room. No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet. Many of the rooms are suitable for families.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

BREAKFAST WILL NOT BE SERVED FROM NOVEMEBR 1ST, 2021 TO MARCH 31ST 2022.
