*Check out until 11:00 am
*Rates include full breakfast and daily cleaning service. Linens are changed every third day.
*Rates DO NOT include 13% sales tax.
*50% of the reservation is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due at checkout.
*Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
*Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
*If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first night of the booking you are entitled to a full refund.
*50% of the total room charge will be collected if not canceled in this time frame.
*All cancellations need to be sent via email to: villasenelbosque22@gmail.com. A cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation from us.
