We are excited that you have booked with us and are looking forward to welcoming you at Viva Violas. Upon making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please take some time to read in full the terms and conditions of your booking:

1. Price: The price includes accommodations. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as Taxes, surcharges, other guests and/or extra amenities are additional costs. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards.

2.Cancellation: Once you have booked your stay, it establishes our agreement and is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. We offer two booking plans:

A) Flexibility Plan: you can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if canceled in the 30 days before arrival or anytime thereafter. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 60 days before arrival.

B) Non-refundable Plan: you will be charged the total price if canceled at anytime. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime.

3.Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would then offer you alternative accommodations. However, if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund your reservation costs. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

4..Check-in time: check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM If checking in before 3:00 PM or after 10:00 PM, please let us know the time you plan to arrive. Early arrival may be accommodated if room is ready; there may be a US$20.00 early arrival charge. Any bill balances are payable on arrival.

5.Check-out time: check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 12.00 PM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. All extra costs incurred during your stay all payable by departure.

6.Damages and key lost: Please take care with the facilities and other property items. You are responsible and liable for any breakage or damage caused by you, any member of your party, and your guests during your stay. You are responsible for costs of any repairs and or replacements of these damages. Damages also include items missing from your room during your stay. These costs will be charged to your card on file with Viva Violas. The cost of replacing a key is $50.00 USD.

7.Liability: we are not responsible and therefore, accept no liability for any damage, loss, or injury to any member of your party or any personal property, including vehicles; unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment or business for Viva Violas.

8.Parking: We do not provide parking or transportation.

9.Internet Access: We provide free wireless access internet (WiFi). Please make sure your laptop and mobile devices have wireless function in order to utilize this service.

10.No Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING facility. All public areas, the grounds, all rooms, including, bedrooms and bathrooms are non-smoking spaces. Any evidence of you and or your party/guest smoking , will incur a minimum charge of USD100.00 to your card on file to cover removal of smoke, cleaning, and or replacement of smoke saturated and or burnt furnishings, fabrics, and or other items.

11.Pets: NO PETS - Pets are not permitted.

12.Vendors: As a courtesy to our guest we provide different marketing material with sights, activities and/or vendors around the area. However, we are not responsible for any illness nor damages from any sight, activity or vendor (Restaurants, Cooks, Stores, Driver, transportation).

13.Data: Any data collected as a result of your booking will be stored in accordance with the provisions of current Data Protection Laws.

14.Law: Any unresolved dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law of the Jamaican Courts.
