Pricing
All prices are per room (unless otherwise stated). All prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate.
Checking In and Out
Hotel rooms are normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Please leave the room key in the door on departure.
Towels
We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest for your stay. We kindly ask that you do not take the room towels into the gym or swimming pool. Additional towels for the pool and gym can be provided at reception for a small fee of £1.00 or you may wish to bring your own additional towels.
Leisure Facilities
We want you to enjoy using the adjoining leisure facilities. Please use the link to a welcome letter on our website from the leisure club along with the club rules - https://www.whoophall.co.uk/country-club.html. Please drop off a signed copy at their reception and sign in to use the facilities.

Damage
If the key is not left left there will be a surcharge of £25.00 applied.
Any damage incurred by you or your party during your stay in the hotel, will be charged to your credit card.
Payment Policy
Payment will be taken in 48 hours prior to arrival.
We will email all receipts of payment to you upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled or moved to alternative dates up to 3pm 48 hours prior to arrival. After this period full payment will apply. All cancellations must be in writing via e-mail.
