Terms & Conditions

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

Check-In: 3:00 PM EST

Check-in is contactless unless otherwise requested during booking.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive a welcome email with arrival details and information for your stay.

Check-Out: 12:00PM EST

Upon checking out, please lock the suite, lock the main entrance, and drop the key in the outdoor dropbox.
Failure to return keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.

RIGHTS TO TERMINATE

Please note that immediate termination of the booking agreement is possible if:

More guests stay at the property than indicated during booking;

Excessive noise is made after 9 PM;

A suite is occupied by people other than those who booked it;

A pet is brought to the property without approval from the host;

Candles or any other open flames are lit;

Drugs or any illegal activity are suspected or conducted on the premises;

A guest fails to comply with reasonable requests of the owners to ensure the orderliness of the stay, the protection of the property, and the safety of the guests.

LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

If you accidentally spill or break something, please let us know as soon as it happens – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly.

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $50.

MINIMUM AGE

Guests must be 25 years or older to confirm accommodations. A valid photo ID must be presented upon check in for age verification, or upon request in the case of contactless check in.

PETS

We allow pets in certain rooms of the home.

Pet fee: $150.00 one-time

Includes access to the Doggie Room.

NOISE

For the enjoyment of all guests, we ask you to please observe quiet hours between 09:00 PM and 09:00 AM.

SMOKING

This is a non-smoking property. This includes the use of vapes and e-cigs. Any violation will incur a total room cleaning fee of $250 and you may be asked to leave the property.

RATES, TAXES, & FEES

Room prices vary and weekend rates may be higher than weekday rates. You agree to the price of your room at the time of booking.

Room rates are based on double occupancy, and there is a charge of per additional guest (18yrs +) in rooms that allow for them.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card and PayPal.

The City of Petersburg charges a 10% hospitality tax, and the State of Virginia charges a 5.3% sales tax, both of which are added to the total booking rate.

Payment Policy

Full Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted in the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged in full.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
