Hotel Xiobella Adults Only Punta de Mita
Article 1. – PURPOSE
The present contract purpose is to establish the terms and conditions between HOTEL Xiobella Adults Only Punta de Mita (Calle Playa Careyeros #116, Punta Negra, Higuera Blanca Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit CP 63734.) and, GUEST (the person or people’s names stated on the registration form and room number) for the days agreed upon during the reservation process.
Article 2. – CONSIDERATION
The guest is obligated to pay the agreed price for their accommodation. The daily rates and payment method for the current accommodation defined in the registration form previously mentioned.
Article 3. – EXTRA FEES
It is agreed that the abovementioned clause does not include the cost of both food, beverages or other charges derived by the GUESTS consumption (in lieu of not having an All-Inclusive Plan).
The GUEST will also be held accountable to pay for any loss or damage caused by themselves to the HOTEL during their stay.
Article 4. – INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE HOTEL.
Both parties agree the rights and obligations generated by lodging, use of the HOTEL facilities, and other stipulations contained in this contract, are subject to the provisions of the internal regulations of the HOTEL.
Article 5. – IMPORTANT NOTICE
At time of signing this contract, the HOTEL provides the GUEST the HOTEL's Internal Regulations containing its legal provisions. Knowledge and acceptance by the GUEST are essential enabling them to make decisions regarding the activities that they choose to carry out during their stay at the HOTEL.
Article 6. – EXTERNAL VISITORS
Visits are accepted only in the Restaurant and Beach Club areas, paying in front desk the day pass, subject to availability.
Article 7. – XIOBELLA PET FRIENDLY
Pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilograms are welcome at an additional cost. Pet regulations must be signed upon arrival.
CHECK IN SCHEDULE 3:00 PM, CHECK OUT SCHEDULE 12:00 PM, POOL SCHEDULE 9:00 AM TO 9:00 PM, RESTAURANT SCHEDULE 8:00 AM TO 9:30 PM. It is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside the hotel, especially pool and restaurant area, since the hotel has consumption centers.
The Replacement cost for the room controls (Television and Air Conditioning) is $1,300 Mexican pesos each. Damages to the rooms, hotel facilities or / and missing items, including towels or bed linens will be covered at Check Out.
The rooms have smoke sensors so smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. If smoke is detected, a charge of $150 dollars will be generated. If you want more information or tours, please ask reception during customer service hours.
