Terms & Conditions

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

All children are welcome but our rooms are doubles so older children would need to be booked into an extra room.
Toddlers and babies can of course stay with the parents or carers in their room but a travel cot is advisable.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room..

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

WE REGRET THAT PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

PLEASE ADVISE LIKELY CHECK IN TIME. OUR LATEST CHECK IN TIME IS 7 PM HOWEVER WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR LATER CHECK IN , PLEASE ASK US.
ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 2PM , EARLIER ARRIVALS BY ARRANGEMENT AND WHERE POSSIBLE.
BREAKFAST IS NOW SERVED IN MILL ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND THEREFORE THERE ARE STEPS, HOWEVER WE DO HAVE ONE GROUND FLOOR TABLE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
THERE IS A MENU IN YOUR BEDROOM AND WE ASK THAT GUESTS ADVISE US OF THEIR CHOICES BY TEXT OR CALL ON THE NIGHT BEFORE AS THIS AVOIDS FOOD WASTE AND HELPS US HAVE IT READY FOR YOU ON TIME.

Payment Policy

Payment is taken one day prior to check in from the card details provided at the time of booking unless the guest requests another form of payment at the time of booking.

No prepayment is needed.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
