Terms & Conditions

Reservation Policy:

Classic and Superior Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults. Deluxe Rooms and The Suite can accommodate up to 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children under 12.

Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge. Guests above the age of 12 will be subject to an additional supplement of £80 per person per night. Extra folding beds and cots are available on request. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional persons found to be occupying a room without having paid the aforementioned room supplement.

Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and again at check in. You consent for the Hotel to use your credit card to charge for any additional charges incurred during your stay. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described have been provided and a booking reference number issued by the Hotel.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required when the reservation consists of 5 rooms or more for the same time period.

You can check into your room from 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival. If you wish to check in earlier, please ask at the time of booking but please note that this is subject to availability. If you arrive earlier than check in time you are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel reception until the room is available.

You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and a valid government-issued identification or passport is required.

On the day of departure, we respectfully ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11am, unless a later check out is agreed in writing at the time your booking. Late check-outs can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate of £20.

Reservations are not transferable, and all rates are in Pounds Sterling.

Special periods such as bank holidays, local exhibitions, conventions, sporting events etc. tend to attract high occupancy. These periods are accompanied by special terms and conditions imposed by the Hotel. Generally, there might be requirements for a minimum stay, increased rates, longer cancellation periods and different prepayment terms. Please contact us for more information.

In the event of a booking being made based on an incorrectly advertised rate the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion and we will contact you directly in order to do so.

General Information:

Room rates include a continental breakfast, with a hot breakfast upgrade available for £8 per person. Continental breakfast is also included in the £80 room supplement for extra guests aged 12 and above. Children under 12 can enjoy a complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am every day in the restaurant or can be enjoyed in your room upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot offer breakfast outside of the times stipulated.

Please note that communication between you and the Hotel will be conducted almost exclusively by e-mail. Please ensure you provide the correct e-mail address and check the account regularly for updates, which will include but are not limited to your booking confirmation and welcome letter. Please also check your junk email folder. All special requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Please bring any complaints, comments or feedback to our attention at your earliest convenience so that we can deal with it in a timely manner. If you wish to contact the hotel manager at any point before, during or after your stay please email violetalozano@gordonramsay.com or ask for her at the front desk.

We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the Hotel are brought in at your own risk. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s event/stay at the Hotel, whether the items were left before, during or following the stay.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

Room amenities are for your convenience during your stay only and are not permitted to be taken. The Hotel reserves the right to charge for any items that are found to be missing or damaged from the room upon check out.

Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms; however small dogs are permitted in the bar and restaurant areas.
Please kindly note that food and drink purchased outside of the hotel is not permitted to be consumed in the hotel rooms.
In the unlikely case that a room were deemed unfit for use due to a maintenance issue, you may be moved to a different room category. If the new room is of a lesser category than the one originally booked, you will be charged for the lower category. The hotel will do it’s upmost to ensure that all rooms and facilities are in perfect working order, but reserves the right to make appropriate changes to your booking without prior notice being given.

Payment Policy

All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as cash payments in Pounds Sterling.

On arrival, you will be required to pay for the hotel reservation in full and credit card details will be taken for additional charges. Any charges for items or services, such as restaurant or bar, shall be paid upon departure or will be charged automatically to the card on file.

Vouchers from Gordon Ramsay Restaurants or third parties will entitle you to use the prepaid services strictly as specified by the voucher. Any changes made or extra services procured will be charged upon departure and must be settled with the hotel directly. A copy of the voucher must be presented at the time of your check in and must be approved by the receptionist on duty.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation kindly contact our reservations team on +44 (0) 20 7387 5700.

Please remember that reservations taking place between 2nd January - 31st October must be cancelled no later than 48 hours before your arrival day or will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. In the event of less than 48 hours notice or no show, you will be charged the full 100% rate.

For bookings between 1st November - 1st of January reservations must be paid in advance and are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable for 7 days prior to the arrival date. The booking will be charged in full to your credit card.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations where it is deemed that information provided is falsified or incomplete.
